Ordering

Standard orders

When placing an order please give us as much advanced notice as possible. We would love at least a week’s notice on all standard cake and dessert orders from the menu, but we always try to accommodate last minute orders. Please give us a call if you need something on short notice and we will try to make it happen. We take all our orders via phone.


custom orders

When booking a custom order with us please give us a call to discuss your vision. Although initiating contact by email or texting is a good way to start the process. We can then gather ideas and inspirational pictures from you and put together a few different options for you to choose from for your special event.

We do offer cake samples for you to purchase for your special event. We offer 4 different flavors depending on what we have available that week. Once you book with us we will deduct the cake sample purchase from your wedding total.

To officially be booked on the schedule please give us a call so we can get you on our calendar. We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. The final payment will be due 2 weeks prior to to your event. At that time we will also finalize details and make any adjustments. We do understand that life happens and if something comes up, please contact us. We will do whatever we can to work with you.

The use of our cake stands is included in your wedding and custom cake orders. We do ask for a deposit, which will be returned to you when the cake stand is returned undamaged.

For an additional fee, we can provide the use of our cake stands, trays, platters, vases, linens, crates and props if you order a dessert table. We do ask for a deposit and we will return your deposit when items are returned to us following your event. We do ask that they are cleaned, packaged in the totes that we provide, and undamaged upon returning.

When transporting any cake make sure that you carry the box securely and do not tilt it. Please take extra precautions when driving. Always make sure that your cake is on a flat surface and do not place it in direct sunlight. Avoid sharp turns, slamming brakes and Michigan pot holes! Blast your AC in the summer and grab a jacket for yourself! Try to keep the heat to a minimum in the winter when having a cake-on-board.
